Our watches come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects. If there is a problem just Contact Us using the form provided and we will work with you on the return.
We do not allow returns or warranty under the flowing circumstances:
- Damage caused by improper, rough or carelessness
- Damage caused by a fire or other damaging act
- Damage caused by repairs or adjustments
- If the case, glass, band or battery is damaged or worn out
- Damage caused by water
- If there is no order number and/or RMA provided with the returned item.
- If the warranty period has expired.
Items purchased directly from us have a 7-day return policy for full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping and obtaining an RMA number from us before sending in a return for refund. Returned items must be shipped via a postal service that provides a tracking number. Make sure to include your Name, Order Number, RMA and contact information with your return. Items that are worn or otherwise damaged by your use may not be returned. If you wish to return an item please Contact Us using the form provided.
By default we ship all items using USPS Ground with tracking numbers. Your tracking number should be provided when your item ships out and is fulfilled. You may track your package using your shipping number here: https://www.usps.com/
For information about International Orders please Contact Us directly. We are only able to accept US Based Credit Cards by phone OR Paypal for International orders. There is an increased shipping cost for International orders. The customer is responsible for all Duties, Customs for Fees related to their own country.
